Please send us your PUBLIC wallet address details below.  Your ETH Wallet is 42-characters long and will begin with an "0x......."  E.g.: 0x71C7656EC7ab88b098defB751B7401B5f6d8976F.  Please send the Wallet Address by April 29, 2022.  We recommend you "Copy & Paste" the Wallet Address into this form. 

*** Once your ETH Wallet Address is registered with us, you will receive a free "Two Humans Kissing" NFT on April 30, 2022, and you will also receive 1% of the NFT Collection's Resale Royalties.
